Job description :
This project is a mix -used project in Tangerang, which consists of hotel, shopping mall, shophouses and office building. The hotel is located above the shopping mall and has a rectangular swimming pool for adult and children and spacious green area as extended cafe lounge. The project has a minimalist modern style and white colour scheme for the design theme.

Tropical up to date plants will be chosen carefully to set a contrast to the hardscape . A large midern eco park is set at the other side of the project. Typical Tangerang plants will be planted in this park. There is a large entry plaza in the middle of the park, long track of jogging area and seating area will be found inside the park.
